Before you wire
9 cautions- Header I/O operates at 5 V. Level-shift 3.3 V-only peripherals; only the Qwiic connector is 3.3 V.
- RA4M1 GPIO can handle up to 8 mA; drive heavier loads through a transistor or MOSFET.
- JP1 pin 13 is BOOT (mode selection), not RESET as on the classic Nano. Check carrier boards that expect RESET there.
- A4/A5 are the main I2C bus (Wire); do not use them as ADC inputs while the bus is in use.
- Do not supply more than 5 V through USB-C. VIN accepts 6-21 V.
- Above 150 mA from the 3V3 pin the board may become very hot.
- VBATT (RTC backup) accepts 1.6-3.6 V.
- LED_BUILTIN is on P204, not D13 as on AVR Nanos.
- CAN on D4/D5 needs an external transceiver.

- Header I/O runs at 5 V. Only the Qwiic connector (Wire1, P401 SDA / P400 SCL behind a level translator) is 3.3 V.
