JP1 is a 2x20 header numbered odd on one row and even on the other, viewed from the component side. It exposes 36 direct 3.3 V LVTTL FPGA signals.
JP1 positions 11/29 provide 5 V/3.3 V and positions 12/30 are ground; the two rails can provide 5 W total according to the user manual.
Arduino digital signals are 3.3 V and are not 5 V tolerant. Only ADC_IN0-ADC_IN5 accept up to 5 V through the board's analog scaling front end.
JP7 position 8 occupies the Arduino VIN location but is tied to VCC5 through ferrite bead L15; treat it as a 5 V rail, not a 7-12 V VIN input.
VGA, USB-Blaster, SDRAM, accelerometer, and unpopulated ADC_IN6/ADC_IN7 test points are specialized onboard connections and are intentionally excluded.
