- Espressif: "GPIO2, GPIO8 and GPIO9 are strapping pins" — external pulls on these at reset change boot mode.
- Espressif: "GPIO 18 and 19 are used by USB-JTAG by default. In order to use them as GPIOs, USB-JTAG will be disabled by the drivers."
- The Micro-USB port reaches the chip through a USB-to-UART bridge, so it is not wired to GPIO18/GPIO19.
- 3V3, 5V, and the Micro-USB port are mutually exclusive supplies; do not feed two at once.
